Nest Camera

It’s officially porch pirate season. If you don’t have a camera at your front door yet, there’s no time like the present to protect your presents. 😉 But we actually use our Nest camera inside of the Airstream and we love it for indoor security, too. Whether you’re looking to divert mischief from your porch or keep the interior of your Airstream secure, you need a Nest.

A Non-Sponsored Review: Nest

As you all know, Rebel and Tiger are my world (& Mack too, of course)! And because the Airstream is an untraditional living situation, I like to make sure I keep an eye on them, even while I am away. Seriously… this is why we bought our Nest. To spy on our dogs! But in doing so, I have peace of mind when I leave them for errands or an extended amount of time.

The Nest notifies me of any “motion detected” which is almost always prompted by Tiger barking. But I love the fact that I can check in on them and ensure everything’s okay. Now, when I visit my parent’s house with the dogs, I find myself reaching for my phone to check the Nest, only to be disappointed by the fact that I can only spy on them from the Airstream. Crazy. 👏🏻Dog. 👏🏻 Mom. 👏🏻But having peace of mind is worth something to me. And Nest provides that for us. Here are a few other reasons we love it: (1) installation is super easy, (2) all you need is wifi, and (3) the video quality is surprisingly crisp!

Perhaps you’re not an overbearing dog mom, but maybe you have a new baby and want to use this camera for the nursey. Or maybe you own a business and want to monitor the office activity to see who’s coming and going. And of course, if you want to protect your home, that’s what Nest is known for best. But there are so many uses to keep whatever is important to you safe and secure — even from afar.

So, do you have a Nest? And if not, do you have questions about ours? Happy to help as always!

Thank you for sharing a few minutes with me on your Monday morning! I hope you have the best week!
