My morning routine revolves around coffee! My day doesn’t start until I pour myself a hot cup and open my Bible study. I get such a warm feeling starting my day this way! Around the beginning of the year, I decided to look for a collagen product to add to my morning coffee. Several options on the market are very expensive so I keep looking and stumbled upon Tonic Products. I’ve used their Beauty Tonic ever since and I am obsessed- it’s tasteless, odorless and colorless. But it packs a lot of nutrients for my hair, skin, nails and more. If you’re looking for a way to up your collagen intake keep reading and simply mix it in with your coffee! Here are three benefits I’ve seen by adding beauty collagen to my coffee.

Benefits of Adding Beauty Tonic to My Morning Coffee

Replace Coffee Creamer

I’ve read a lot about Whole 30 and although I haven’t made the plunge to fully try the program, I know that it encourages black coffee. I used to add a splash of hazelnut coffee creamer to my morning brew daily. But I always knew that infusing my coffee with sugar probably wasn’t the best way to start my day. Alas, I began to swap my hazelnut creamer with the Beauty Tonic powder. This collagen powder mixes well, dissolves fast and in no way manipulates the taste. But it’s like my mind thinks that I put creamer in the coffee, simply by stirring the collagen in. It works, I swear. I’ve completely replaced using coffee creamer by adding one Beauty Tonic packet- which let’s face it- is a much better alternative in the long run!

Benefit Your Hair, Skin & Nails

Once I finished one container of the Beauty Tonic for 20 days (one packet a day), my skin was noticeably better. I have fine lines coming in because I am #almost30 ???? but the results I noticed are promising! Upon running out, I immediately ordered more because I truly saw and continue to see the positive benefit.

After several months of use, my hair and nails are also so much stronger. I notice it most when I put my hair in a side braid, it actually feels sturdy. My hair is no longer riddled with split ends or an unpleasant texture. Rather, it’s smooth, thick and literally getting so long. So long in fact that Mack suggested I get a haircut haha. I agreed, it’s at the point where it’s almost too long!

Easily Integrate Internal Beauty

I am in the process of reading The Beauty Detox Solution by Kimberly Snyder and it has encouraged me to be more mindful about what I eat and its affect on my body. With this book in mind, I am seeking easy ways to eat and drink myself pretty! I am so thankful that I found this product that so easily integrates into my morning routine. The nutrients that I am drinking now play a bigger role in my overall wellbeing (unlike my hazelnut coffee creamer). That’s a great feeling! I am excited to continue on this journey to find ways that naturally allow me to live a more balance and healthy life.

Have you tried adding collagen to your daily routine? I am here to tell you it’s worth it. I am also here to tell you that I will always pause a blog shoot for some love from Tiger (see last photo)! If you have questions about the Beauty Tonic, email me at I’d love to hear from you!

I hope you have a wonderful start to your week!
